General Conditions of Sale (GSC) for the use of the website www.g4love.com
Gift for Love is available to offer Customers any clarification or information - regardless of the type of Product involved - regarding the content of the GSC, the Contract and the related regulations, as well as in relation to any complaint.
The right of withdrawal in favor of consumers is illustrated in the relevant section of the site.
Conclusion of the contract
To proceed with the purchase of one or more Products via the Internet, the Customer must first register on the Site, providing to Gift for Love, in compliance with the applicable provisions regarding the protection of personal data, all the data necessary to allow Gift for Love same to execute the Orders submitted.
Once registration is completed, the Customer will be able to select one or more Products which he intends to purchase, placing them in a virtual "shopping cart", of which he can always view the contents before proceeding to forward the Order.
By clicking on the "Proceed to purchase" button, the Customer will start the Order submission procedure. In the phase of formulating the Order and until it is actually forwarded, the Customer will, however, have the possibility to review the data entered by clicking on the "Back" button, so as to identify and correct any incorrect information.
By clicking on the "Complete Order" button, at the end of the procedure started pursuant to the previous section, the Customer will forward the Order to Gift for Love. Each Order forwarded according to these methods must be understood, for all intents and purposes, as a contractual proposal by the Customer. The submission of the Order by the Customer will be promptly followed by confirmation from Gift for Love regarding receipt of the Order itself, by sending an email to the email account communicated by the Customer. By sending this email, Gift for Love will also inform the Customer whether the Order can be accepted or not (the Order Confirmation).
Gift for Love will have the right to accept or reject the Orders received without, in the event of non-acceptance, the Customer being able to advance rights or claims against Gift for Love in any capacity. In any case, the Order will be considered accepted and consequently the Contract concluded when the Customer receives, on his/her e-mail address, the Order Confirmation Email, containing confirmation of acceptance of the Order.
Price and shipping costs
The prices of the Products published on the homepage or in the various sections of the Site include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and duties applicable in the country of destination of the Products, where this is different from Italy, which will be borne by the Customer.
Gift for Love reserves the right to change the prices of the Gift for Love Products listed on the Site at any time. Any changes to the prices of Zalando Products will not, however, be effective for Customers who have already forwarded the an Order.
As a promotion, we can offer free shipping on purchased items. This promotion can be viewed by the customer, if present, during the normal product purchase procedure.
Payment and delivery
The Customer will pay the price of the Products ordered in full when placing the Order. It is understood that, in the event of non-acceptance of the Order, Gift for Love will promptly refund Customers any amounts already paid.
As part of the Order submission process, different payment methods may be proposed by Gift for Love, at the latter's complete discretion, such as, for example, payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), payment via the protected “Paypal” system, payment by prepaid card (e.g. “Postepay”) and payment by bank transfer. The Customer will be required to indicate the payment method, among those proposed by Gift for Love, which he intends to use.
Gift for Love reserves the right to refuse or not execute Orders which provide for the delivery of the relevant Products outside of Italian territory, i.e. in the Municipalities of Livigno or Campione d'Italia.
For deliveries, Gift for Love will use carriers selected by Gift for Love itself. Where the Product on the site www.g4love.com is marked on the Site as "available", Gift for Love will send said item as soon as possible or, in case of payment by bank transfer, within 5 (five) working days following confirmation of receipt of payment.
Gift for Love will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to causes of force majeure, such as - by way of example, strikes, measures by the Public Authority, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, inundations and damages to industrial machinery not dependent on Gift for Love.
Gift for Love will promptly notify the Customer of the occurrence or disappearance of a cause of force majeure. If the cause of force majeure persists for a period exceeding 30 (thirty) days, either party will have the right to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer will not be entitled to any compensation or compensation of any kind, without prejudice to the right to a refund of any amount already paid as the price for the Gift for Love Product object of the Order, within 30 days of the sending the Order itself.
Warranty and complaints management
The legal provisions regarding guarantees apply to purchases made by Consumers, including, if applicable, the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding guarantees for Consumers.
If faults and defects are found in the Products purchased pursuant to these GCS, the Consumer may contact, under penalty of forfeiture within two months of discovery, Gift for Love, according to the methods indicated in these GCS and request the repair or replacement of the Product. The choice between repair or replacement will remain available to the Consumer, except in the case in which the chosen remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other.
Gift for Love will, as the case may be, carry out the requested repairs and replacements within a reasonable period of receipt of the Consumer's request. Gift for Love invites the Customer to describe in as much detail as possible the nature of the defect or defect found and possibly to send a copy of the Order documents or indicate the Order number, the Consumer number and any other data useful for the correct identification of the complaint. If no response is received by the Consumer within 5 (five) working days, Gift for Love now invites the Consumer to request a response. Gift for Love also recommends checking that the e-mails sent by it are not redirected or blocked by any 'spam filters' or do not reach their destination correctly due to other technical problems in the recipient Customer's e-mail program.

These GCS constitute intellectual property protected by copyright. Its use, even partial, by third parties for commercial purposes is not permitted. Any violations will be criminally prosecuted.
Right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal consists in the possibility for one of the contracting parties to unilaterally dissolve a contract, extinguishing all obligations deriving from it, without the consent of the other party and without incurring penalties.
Council Directive 85/577/EEC of 20 December 1985 for the protection of consumers in the event of contracts negotiated away from business premises, introduced the right of withdrawal within a minimum period of seven days, and was transposed into Italian law .
In online purchases and in all other contracts concluded remotely, the consumer has a right of withdrawal.
Gift for Love grants the Customer a period of 14 days from delivery to return the purchased goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, write an email to info@g4love.com explaining the articles and the reason for withdrawal. You will be provided with the address to which the items should be sent in their original packaging duly sealed.
The costs of returning the items are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the items have been received, they will be inspected to verify their status, and you will subsequently be contacted via email in order to receive a purchase voucher for the value of the item previously chosen and which will be valid for your next order.
